PLEASE DO NOT ORDER IF YOU HAVE ANY FOOD ALLERGIES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are processed between 4-5 business days (M-F, this does not include the weekend and holidays). Once you receive your tracking number please allow up to 24 hours to see movement. Tracking numbers issued on Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.
All orders are made to order which means we dedicate time on each order. We try our best to get orders out immediately but please allow up to 5 business days for processing and 1-5 days for shipping.
Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION AND OTHER
CHAMOY QUEEN is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided.
If a package is returned to CHAMOY QUEEN due to an incorrect shipping address or due USPS/UPS unable to safely deliver, no refund will be issued. Please contact USPS/UPS for retrieval of your package before it is returned. Carriers will attempt several deliveries and held for a period of time before it is returned.
CHAMOY QUEEN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to address by the carrier.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by USPS/UP.
Damaged Box
CHAMOY QUEEN is not responsible for damages done by carriers. If your box has arrived damaged during shipping handling please submit a claim with USPS/UPS:
